At Paybito.lk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms under which items may be returned, replaced, or refunded.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The product is defective, damaged, or not as described

The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

A return request is made within 3 days of delivery
Note: Some items are not eligible for return (see section 6).
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

Clear photos or videos of the product (if damaged or defective)

3. Return Methods

Please deliver the product to be returned to our address via the Sri Lanka Postal.

In other cases, the buyer may need to send the product back to our return address. We’ll provide clear instructions.

Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit within 5–10 business days

If the item was purchased via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer
We reserve the right to deduct any applicable shipping or handling charges unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
If you received a wrong item or a defective product and prefer an exchange:

A replacement will be sent after the return is received and verified

If the same item is out of stock, we may offer:

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Beauty, skincare, and personal care items (due to hygiene reasons)

Innerwear, swimwear, and socks

Electronics with broken warranty seals
7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipping by contacting our support team.

Once an item is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it after receiving it (if eligible).
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives with missing or damaged items:

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery

Share photos of the package and the product

We’ll resolve the issue by reshipping, refunding, or replacing the item based on stock availability
