b. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Sri Lanka. Shipping times and fees will be shown at checkout. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items according to our Return Policy. Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit.

If you post reviews, comments, or photos on Paybito.lk, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, modify, publish, and distribute that content for promotional purposes.
