Q1: What kind of products do you sell?
A: We sell trending electronics, fashion accessories, personal gadgets, and other lifestyle items, all at competitive prices.
Q2: How do I know a product is in stock?
A: If the product is visible and the “In Stock” labels is active, it’s available for order. If an item is out of stock, you’ll see a note or it will be removed temporarily.
Q3: Can I preorder upcoming products?
A: Pre-orders are only available for selected items and will be clearly marked. Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout.

Q4: How fast is delivery?
A: Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location in Sri Lanka.
Q5: Which courier services do you use?
A: We partner with trusted local courier such as Sri Lanka Postal for islandwide delivery.
Q6: Can I schedule a specific delivery time?
A: Currently, specific delivery time slots are not supported. However, you will be notified before dispatch and can contact the courier for coordination.

Q9: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Many electronic items include a 1–12 month warranty from the manufacturer or seller. Check the product description for warranty information.
Q10: How do I claim a warranty?
A: Email us at paybitolk@gmail.com with your order ID, issue details, and a photo/video of the fault. Our team will guide you through the process.
