At Paybito.lk, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a reliable customer experience. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which warranty claims may be made for eligible products purchased through https://www.paybito.lk.


1. Warranty Coverage

Products sold on Paybito.lk may come with a manufacturer's warranty, seller warranty, or no warranty, depending on the product category and brand. The warranty (if applicable) covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Functional faults

  • Non-working items on arrival (DOA)

Please refer to the product description or packaging for specific warranty details.


2. Warranty Period

The duration of the warranty varies by product and brand. The standard warranty period (unless otherwise stated) is:

  • Electronic Gadgets & Accessories: 1 to 12 months

  • Clothing and Fashion Items: No warranty (covered under Return Policy if defective on arrival)

Note: The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.


3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damages due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling

  • Physical damage caused by drops or accidents

  • Water damage (unless the product is labeled waterproof)

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Wear and tear from regular use

  • Battery degradation over time (for rechargeable devices)

  • Consumables (e.g., cables, ear tips, cases, etc.)


4. Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us within the warranty period via email at paybitolk@gmail.com or WhatsApp.

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Product name and description

    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

    • Proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email)

  3. Our support team will evaluate the issue and guide you through the next steps, which may include:

    • Inspection

    • Repair

    • Replacement

    • Refund (if applicable and repair/replacement is not possible)

Note: The customer may be required to ship the product back for inspection. Shipping costs may be borne by the customer depending on the nature of the claim.


5. Turnaround Time

Warranty claims are usually processed within 7 to 14 business days depending on the issue and product type. We aim to resolve your concerns as quickly as possible.


6. Replacement Policy

If a product is eligible and approved for replacement:

  • A new unit will be dispatched after the faulty item is returned.

  • In case the product is no longer available, a similar item or store credit may be offered.


7. Limitations

Paybito.lk’s responsibility under this policy is limited to repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion). We do not assume liability for any incidental or consequential damages arising from product failure or delay in servicing.


8. Governing Law

This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
